The 6-acre integrated organic farm is located in the Gudalur valley, about a km from the town.
We grow seasonal vegetables, coffee, pepper, various fruits and mushrooms.
About 5 Km from the homestay are the rice fields. Join us in the planting
and harvesting season and be a part of the food-growing process.
Cows form the basis of organic farming. Our bio-gas plant provides both fuel and slurry.
Extensive vermicomposting is done using the slurry. In addition, many
traditional preparations like Panchakavya are prepared here.
Our guests are welcome to observe the daily farm activities such as
feeding or milking of the cows, tending the fields, picking and
processing coffee, cultivating mushrooms etc.
